This policy explains what Handyman Cambridge collects when you ask for handyman help in Cambridge, what happens to it, and how to have it removed.

What we keep

If you call, we log the calling number and time and keep any voicemail and its transcript. If you use the form, we keep your name, phone, email and the address, the list of small jobs, and any photos.

How it is used

To answer your request and pass it to the one vetted, independent handyman that covers Cambridge through this site. They contact you, quote in writing, and do the work under their own licences and insurance.

Cookies

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

Retention

Only while it is useful for your job and a short time after. Call recordings are deleted automatically after about three months.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — email hello@handymancambridge.com. Under CASL we contact you only with your consent; reply STOP to any text, or email the same address, to withdraw it.
